		<description>I think that the Starbucks "fad" is much to blame for this coffee revolution. As you say, drinking tea is a ritual- not just a kick. I used to love visiting my my grandmother- as she always took so much trouble bringing out her best china, making sure that she had my favourite biscuits and even the memory of the noise of the spoon stirring the sugar makes hairs prickle with nostalgia.</description>
