		<description>As a Taurus myself, I thought that I would contribute a recipe that another fanmous Taurean loved- namely Freud!

Spinach and Feta Turnovers

Yum! Perfect with a salad or sliced tomatoes on the side.

Serving: 8
Prep Time: 25 minutes minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

[INGREDIENTS:]
4 large eggs, beaten
1 10oz. package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
1 1/2 cups Feta cheese, crumbled
4 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
2 10 oz tubes of refrigerated pizza dough
