		<description>What yummy memories :)  Especially the cocido!  My mother makes this for family gatherings too...with that special tomato sauce with garlic as well...my abuelita makes an extra condiment of mashed roasted eggplant with lots of garlic (goes well too!) :)

Well, at least from our generation, hehehe! But do you know that it is usually given those who are anaemic? They even use duck eggs. Reminds me of leche flan now.</description>
