		<description>I just tried this beer braised recipe, with my pork loin. I used a spanish chorizo (soft one) for my extra meat, and simmered it for about an hour and a half. and it is sooooo delicious!! the pork is very tender, and the chorizo became part of the sauce. I will be wrapping this with my fillo pastry, and see how it goes for breakfast tomorrow. thanks!!</description>
